We offer video and telephone based therapy! Major insurance carriers have approved video and telephone base therapy during this time and our therapists and intern-therapists already have training and experience with conducting telemental health therapy prior to the coronavirus outbreak. Simply let your therapist or the front desk know that youwould like to do video! And, you can always switch back to in person.

Does Counseling Really Work?
In short, Yes! Counseling has over one hundred years of research that shows many positive outcomes for people who attend therapy or group therapy programming, such as decreasing the physical symptoms of depression and anxiety, increased resiliency in coping with stress, development of healthier living and self-care strategies, feeling more motivated and regaining the desire to socialize. Furthermore, people tend to develop better personal insight to one’s thought processes, find the ability to repair trust and intimacy in their relationships, and feel more in control of one’s emotions. Whatever challenge or struggle you are facing as an individual, a couple, or as a family, we’re ready to help.
What Hours Are You Open?
Our phones are answered 24 hour hours a day, 7 days a week, where you can request an appointment, leave messages, cancel/reschedule, etc. We typcially offer cousneling sessions in our locations between the hours of 8am and 9pm, 7 days a week.

If you call our office and get voicemail during these hours, we are on another call and will be right with you as soon as possible. Please leave us a detailed message so we can return your call. 

TGC offers appointments seven days a week, ranging from 8am to 9pm. Times will vary depending on your schedule, and the requested counselor’s schedule and practice location.

After hours calls and email requests will be returned the next business day. We don’t handle crisis or urgent care calls via email; if you feel you are in danger, or mental health crisis, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency.

Do You Take My Insurance?
We accept many forms of insurance, cash payment and sliding scale. Please see our getting started page for all the information you will need to determine network status, cost and how to get started with an appointment.

Our normal business hours are 9am to 5pm. After hours calls are handled by a third party answering service.
