Alex provides a safe, welcoming space for a collaborative effort on getting you where you want to be. With a person-centered and genuine approach, she will meet you where you’re at to face with you what is bringing you to counseling. At a pace that is comfortable, you will be given a chance to explore how we hold our stresses, fears, worries, and pains in the body.

Alex is passionate about narrative therapy and the words we use to write and rewrite our story. While utilizing evidence-based practices, Alex strives to make sure you are feeling heard and empowered. You can expect a trauma-informed and warm approach that is adaptable to all needs and concerns leading you to seek therapy. We may often think of illness and shortcomings while exploring therapeutic options, but Alex believes it is also important to find our strengths and desires.
